Some of our customers raised question on order status.

Thus, we would like to explain on several order status.

1. Pending

- Your order has not been made. You need to proceed your order again.

Orders with "pending" is usually found at "Abandoned orders".

2. Awaiting Payment

- When you choose Bank deposit/ Western Union, you would see this status until we receive payment from you.

For bank deposit, it usually takes 4-5 business days to receive payment from overseas.

3. Awaiting Fulfillment

- We don't have stock at our office(for some we have but mostly not).

When customer places order, we contact to each publisher and receive the books.

Usually it takes 2-3 business days.

** Sometimes domestic delivery takes more than 3 days due to high demand.

4. Awaiting Shipmnet

- This order status appears especially when customer places special order.

In this stage, customer may need to proceed payment on extra shipping fee.

5. Shipped

- This is our final order status.

Once we input tracking number, order status would be automatically changed to "Shipped".
