Shipping Policy on items selling at twoChois.com
 

twoChois.com offers two shipping options(Airmail and EMS).
Customers can choose shipping method at checkout.
Shipping fee would be automatically calculated based on the total weight of order.

Please see the table below to check your region.
** Countries are not on the list are available via UPS(EMS Premium)

1. Airmail (Up to 20kg)

Airmail is cheapest but sometimes packet is missing or takes 60days for delivery.
Missing item is not refundable in this option.

 

2. EMS  (Up to 30kg)

EMS is premium level of shipping service.
Most countries receive orders within 10 days but some nations takes 30-50 days.(such as Russia, Latin America, Africa)

由于丢失的可能性, twoChois.com 一定用安全的物流公司比如 EMS, DHL, 以及 FEDEX.
除非顾客每指定装运方式, twoChois.com 通过 EMS 与 EMS 溢价 发送.

* 有些地方不能用 EMS 来发送  在这种情况下我们用 EMS 溢价, DHL, 或者 FEDEX.

** 产品到最终国家时, 由于通关程序 有的时候会比原来的预计到达日晚一点.

 

退货政策 

  •  产品在7天以一定内退货
  •  产品必须没穿,更改或洗
  •  产品必须有所粘贴的所有标志
  •  运费与处理费不退还

 

退款 & 处理时间 
 
如果在上面指定的7天时间内到达您的商品, 按照原始发票 您的退款将在5个工作日内进行处理. 将通过在您的账户上写的邮件通知您进行消息. 

 

拒绝装运

如果被拒绝装运的话, 顾客要负责进口时造成费用, 运费, 到 twoChois.com 得返回运费. 这笔款项将从您的商品退款中扣除.

 

交换

不做交换.


海关 与 关税

您的订单中的产品运到您所要的地方会受税 关税(进口费用). 在文件上收件人是进口者，就会负责关税.
